Mr. Kokoshka is 1 of the boarders who resides at the Sunset Arms boarding house along with his wife, Mrs. Kokoshka, and mostly Grandma Gertude, Grandpa Phil, Mr. Potts, Arnold and Mr. Hyunh. He was originally voiced by the late Steve Viksten in the entire episode series. He will also be voiced by Michael Hollick in Hey Arnold!: The Jungle Movie
